Cancellation Policy
I have created this policy to ensure I can continue to provide all of my potential and existing clients with the best possible service! I appreciate you for understanding and realizing that cancellations and no-shows negatively impact small businesses on a large scale!
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 36hrs of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will result in a 75% charge.
All sales FINAL. No returns, refunds or payment plans. Payment is required at the time of service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Microblading Appointments:
A $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your appointment at the time of booking. The deposit will be used towards the full service amount. You may reschedule 1 time if needed; if you need to reschedule more than once you will be required to pay another $100 deposit to secure your spot.
Service deposits:
Deposit price depends on the total service amount! All are non-refundable and required upon booking. You may reschedule 1 time; rescheduling more than once will require you to pay another deposit upon booking.
